  • All sales are final, and refunds or exchanges are only provided under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to maintain accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In such cases, we will notify you before fulfilling your order.


3. Delivery Services

  • Delivery is available within our designated service area and is subject to scheduling availability.

  • Standard delivery fees apply. Additional charges may be incurred for special requests or difficult-to-access locations.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused to driveways, sidewalks, or landscaping due to delivery unless caused by negligence.

  • Customers must ensure that delivery locations are accessible and clear of obstacles. If delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessibility, a re-delivery fee may apply.

  • Customers do not need to be present for delivery; however, we require clear drop-off instructions.


4. Pickup Services

  • Customers may pick up materials during business hours at our designated location.

  • Proper vehicles and loading equipment are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for damages to vehicles due to overloading or improper transport.


5. Product Information and Quality

  • We strive to provide high-quality landscaping materials. Due to the natural variability of products, slight differences in color, texture, and composition may occur.

  • We recommend customers review product samples before purchasing.

  • Once materials are delivered or picked up, we are not responsible for changes in product condition due to weather, storage, or other environmental factors.


6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders canceled before fulfillment may be eligible for a refund, subject to a processing fee.

  • Once an order has been loaded or delivered, refunds are not available.

  • If an incorrect product is delivered due to our error, we will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Customers assume all risks associated with material handling, unloading, and use.
